First thanks for using the JINUOER induction lamp .In order to safeguard your legitimate rights , we are making the commitment as follows :
1 Guarantee time ( according to available date )
a. We make a five years guarantee of the light source when the lamp is under normal use .
b. We make one year guarantee for the light fitting .
2 Maintance mode
a. If you find the defected lamp which confirmed to be due to the product quality within the warranty time , please send it back . We will repair and send it back to you in five days . If the product fails In maintance , we will send you a new one instead .
b. When the product is out of warranty time , there are two choice for you . One is we will send professional staff to your house and make the repairment . In this case , you have to pay us the Travelling Charges , service time charges and related material costs . The other is you send it to us and have it repaired . In this situation , we will collect only the service time charges and related material costs .
Remarks
You can not share our service free under the following situations .
a . You can not provide us the purchase vouchers .
b. The purchase voucher is discrepant or altered .
c. The model on the purchase voucher is not matched to the defected product .
d. Unauthorized modification or destruction of the product .( eg. Opening the high frequency generator without our permission )
e. The breakage of the bulb glass or the light fitting .
f. Other force majeure such as natural disasters ( eg . earthquake , conflagration ,ect )
