The company started in 2002 and formerly registered in 2006 , based on the technological breakthroughs and innovations in electrode-less bulb (EB) or magnetic induction lamps co-developed with the University of Science and Technology of China, to produce various shapes and power energy efficient and environmentally friendly induction lights for both domestic and global markets.

----The differences between the Diyin electromagnetic induction lamp and other induction lamps from competitors mainly manifested in three aspects:

1.The ballast part:

A:in the low frequency bulb electromagnetic induction lamp, which had been invented by Diyin, to reduce the frequency, its ballast utilize several kinds of chips, singl-echip CPU and self created software, and these technologies help us improve the stability and endurance of the lamps significantly. As a result, we have solved the problem of the ballast which affected the life of other high-frequency induction lamps . At present, Diyin is the only induction lamp manufacturer, who can produce the high power low frequency bulb type electromagnetic induction lamp in the market.

B.we set a safety protection system in the ballast, when people use the lamp and encounter some abnormal situation, such as the bulb have been broken accidently and increase the load instantly, or the circuit is abnormal, this system can shut down the power immediately within 0.3 seconds and the illuminating system would be very safe.

C.we adopt two methods to reduce the electromagnetic interference on the ballast, in the aspect of conduction, we add the Common mode Chock and filter capacitor; in the aspect of radiation, we use the metallic covering to shield the magnetic field. These two methods solve the problem of electromagnetic interference effectively, which is the reason why the Diyin electromagnetic induction lamp can pass the certificate of CE and EMC in one trial.

D.Every country has the standards and requirements of the harmonic content of electrical appliance, and its maximum can not exceed 30%. Because if the harmonic content is too high, it can affect and damage the power system, and interfere the other electrical devices which connect to the power system, so the device will not work normally. For Diyin electromagnetic induction lamp, we use active power factor correction in the design of the ballast, so we can control the harmonic content less than 9%, which is well below the national and international standard.

2.The bulb part: on the one hand, the Diyin electromagnetic induction lamp coated a transparent conducting film in the interior surface of the bulb, whose main role is to cut off the Lead, Sodium and other ingredients and fluorescent powder from any chemical reaction with the glasses, thus the lumen deterioration can be reduced. Meanwhile, the metallic thin film can prevent the escape of magnetic field and eliminate any radiation, also it can enhance the energy of the magnetic field within the bulb; on the other hand, different from other manufacturers, we will fill four types of gases and element in the electromagnetic induction lamp, and will fill with them at various temperatures to maximize the illuminication of our bulbs. The composition of the gases is our trade secret. And it is known that the other manufacturers only fill the bulb with single Argon gas. As a result, the light effect and illumination of Diyin electromagnetic induction lamps are increased by more than 30%, when compared with the other induction lamp. And we can use the production process to explain this.

3.The system part: other induction lamps must use special shielding wires to connect the ballast and the coupler, and the length of the shielding wire is fixed and can not be changed, Otherwise, it will alter the capacity of inductance, so that other characteristics will change too, and may lead to damaging the working condition of the system. But for the Diyin electromagnetic induction lamps, we can use common wire to connect the ballast and the generator, and the length of it is unlimited and flexible, also it will not affect the characteristics of the system. When use Diyin' s induction lamps in practical situation, people can save much installation and maintenance costs. For example, in a 18 meter high workshop or a 12 meter high street lamp, the lamp bulb and its fixture should be installed in the height of 18 meter or 12 meter, but the ballast can install in any convenient place. So that it is easy to repair them, and people can save a lot of labor and the cost of aerial lift requirements.

Enter into the next process: sintering the bulb and inner disc in the seal car -- evacuation in the vacuum exhaust car and roasting in high temperature -- vacuum degree reach to 3P and the temperature reach to 550C -- filling the Argon gas, and finish it -- cutting the pipe -- bulb burn-in-gum the bulb holder-- the finished bulb can be put in storage;

Enter into the next process: coating film(core technology), coating machine-- roasting in 550C high temperature-- coating fluorescent powder which is composed by adding 18 kinds of ingredients, and shaking up them through one day in specific propotion-- roasting in 550C high temperature;

At the same time, the glass tubes are processed into the inner disc of the bulb: cut the glass tubes -- automatic cropping-- automatic turning over the shaping machine-- automatic pipe jaw machine-- washing-- fluorescent powder coating-- roasting in 550C high temperature -- welding the Indium net;

Enter into the next process: sintering the bulb and inner disc in the automatic seal car-- evacuation in the high vacuum exhaust car and roasting in high temperature-- vacuum degree reach to 4P and the temperature reach to 550C --in this process, we fill Argon gas twice and evacuate them, in order to increase the vacuum degree and take away other impurities, then move away the oven, and we fill one gas when the temperature reduce to 400C and another gas when the temperature reduce to 300C . When the temperature reduces to 100C , we fill the core gas and element which used by our company trade seceret---finish filling-- using the cutting gun cut the pipe-- bulb burn-in---screening the bulb-- gum the bulb holder-- the eligible bulb can be put in storage;
